This is an exciting new autonomous role, part of the broader and growing Digital team.  Based in Tamworth, with some travel, you will report directly to the Head of Digital Strategy. 


This role will appeal to highly driven and dynamic individuals, looking to drive the future development of the Institute’s digital learning platform, with potential to own and develop new digital products in the near future.


You will be responsible for our online channels, from a technology to user experience perspective, and your remit will be largely centred around the launch of our ‘digital learning platform’ which forms a key milestone in our ongoing digital transformation.


You will lead product development in collaboration with trusted technical partners, therefore having previous experience of working as a Digital Product Owner within a SCRUM/Agile environment, with key business stakeholders and internal / external project and technical teams is key.


Excellent project management skills, you will have an appreciation of product testing and be able to write comprehensive and clear documents and specification.  Experience of UX, design and creative treatment is a must and working with products within a membership and/or consumer-led environment and certified scrum product owner (CSPO) would be desirable.
