TUPE Transfers

There has been a significant increase in TUPE transfers over the last few years as different Companies win and lose contracts, or outsource services within the UK or abroad. TUPE Transfer Advice and Guidance

The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations protects employees terms and conditions of employment when businesses (economic identity) or a service provision transfers from one provider (Company) to another.  

At Breakthrough2Performance we have experience of dealing with first, second and third generation TUPE transfers and understand that careful planning is vital to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.

  • Support with compilation of the RFI (Request for Information) and Risk Register

  • Due diligence

  • Working in partnership with you to design your communication strategy to include:- Frequently Asked Questions, communication cascades, town hall meetings, presentations to key stakeholders on TUPE regulations.

  • Inform and consult with affected employees either directly or supporting key stakeholders, management teams, Union or Employee Consultative Forum representatives or assisting your HR Team.  Services include:- attendance or facilitation of consultation meetings, one-to-one surgeries, presentations (to in-scope employees), road shows etc..
